Ravi is a very busy man

Who says Ravi Kishen is just a Bhojpuri star? Despite mixed box-office reports about Mani Ratnam’s Ravaan, Ravi Kishen’s was the only performance that got brownie points from critics and fans.

Riding high on accolades, now Ravi is going to Morocco for another month-long shoot. Looks like Ravi is literally living off a suitcase. As the actor will have to shuttle back to the south for a Telugu film, then head to a Bhojpuri schedule before flying to Russia for another month-long schedule. It’s small wonder then that his staff is going dizzy making so many arrangements.
Currently, he is busy shooting for an American Production, Man from Benaras, where he plays an aghori sadhu, a sect that is believed to have magical powers. Since the role requires him to do a full monty Ravi is going all out to make sure those abs look good. In fact he is already working on knocking off at least 10 kg.
But there’s more. He also has his hands full with campaigning for a political party and also sprucing up as the brand ambassador for a German brand. “You know I pray, give me 10 more such gruelling schedules. I am game,” he says.
