Salman’s desi version of Paul

It takes a lot to be Salman Khan, and his fans can surely testify this fact because no matter where the world is going, he is one actor, who likes to do his own thing. With more than 252,000 followers on the social networking site Twitter, the maverick actor is keeping his fans entertained with his tweets about “baba mungilal”, an ant, which he thinks has super powers like Paul, the octopus.
When the whole world was gaga about Paul’s predictions on football, Sallu bhai was rooting for our local parakeet and tweeted, “Paul’s spelling worse than mine anymore mistake’s on the dabangg spelling then paul vil b in a soup. Paul better or our popat?” Soon he discovered that there is an ant, which he fondly christened as baba mungilal, which has extraordinary powers too. He quickly uploaded a picture of an ant and tweeted “meet baba mungilal urf cheeti maharaaj, agar baba paul ke pass 8 hath hai toh mere pass 8 pare hai.”
If you think this is hilarious, watch out what he tweeted next. “I asked babamungilall the spelling of dabangg,he asked german french ya italian mein? I was shocked”, and added, “Babapaul has aath haath but baba mungilall urf cheeti maharaaj has a large heart , kunsa better hai bolo ? Hehehe I hv gone mad hahahaha...”
Salman’s obsession with the ant stretched a bit far, when his fans kept pouring funny messages on the pictures he uploaded. He then continued tweeting about the ant and said, “Ok don’t disturb me nw babamungilal teaching me mungi log ka break dance n boby popping n he wants me to train vit him n get him a 6 pack.”
With his quirky sense of humour and care-a-damn attitude, Salman’s fans have only increased by the day and therefore it is not surprising that he is a hit on twitter.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
