They were touted as the cutest couple on TV during their stay at the Bigg Boss house. The unmistakable chemistry between Ashmit Patel and Sara Khan had created quite a stir in Bollywood as well as on tellyland. However, it did not go beyond the TV screens, as Sara married TV actor and long time boyfriend Ali Merchant even as she was inside the house. But the couple hasn’t been seen together in a long time and we’re

suspecting that the marriage is in troubled waters. During this time, however, it’s believed that the actress drew closer to ex-housemate Ashmit Patel. She was recently spotted on the sets of Ashmit’s television show Super Stud. “Sara waited for Ashmit in his vanity van for more than an hour before driving away in Ashmit’s car,” said an eyewitness.
Sara has in the past said that Ashmit is her 4 am friend and the latter too has been very protective of her and agreed to having a soft corner for the petite actress. When we asked Ashmit about Sara’s hush-hush visit, he confessed to the meeting. “She is a friend and we’ve always been in touch. I don’t make friends for the heck of it. Sara is a great girl and it’s unfortunate that she had to go through so much at this age in her life.”
