Shilpa is now a ‘mompreneur’
Viaan Kundra’s mom, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is getting brownie points not just for her glamour quotient but also for the entrepreneurial projects that she has been venturing into. We recently caught up with Shilpa at Franchise India’s social initiativelaunch in the capital called “Momprenur”.
“I am a mom. I am also an entrepreneur, who manages to balance work with household duties,” said Shilpa, who recently gave birth to Viaan.
Adding a suggestion for the young mommies, she said, “The concept of working mothers is picking up in India. I would suggest mothers should adopt this trend and earn a lot of money without doing much and pamper their kids.”
Flaunting her marital bliss through her karva chauth mehendi and her big shining ring, Shilpa looked radiant and svelte after having lost most of her post-pregnancy flab.
“Right now, I am a full time mother and I have my various business ventures that I am concentrating on. We are also focussing on our home production, Dhishkiyaon and we should be up and ready for release very soon,” Shilpa said.
“Besides, I am going big time with (my spa) IOSIS. My franchises are opening up here and there, so I am really happy with that,” she added.
When asked if Raj helps with diaper duty, Shilpa quipped, “Although, nurturing a baby is a full-time job, I have a domestic help for managing these little things. Raj doesn’t like to change nappies,” she says.
Wishing readers a Diwali, Shilpa has urged them to keep it low on fireworks.
