Students Role-play to enhance skills
The PGDM students of Era Business School recently organised a role-play competition at their campus in Dwarka.
Students of the first and second year of the program participated in this competition where they presented the “conflict between heart and mind” in front of the jury and other participants.
Prof Sanjiv Marwah, director, EBS, “The whole idea behind organising such competition is to increase the students’ creativity and enhance their thinking. Role-play exercise encourage students to explore their imagination, think in the abstract and discover leadership skills. Precisely it increases the intelligence of a student.”
The competition that was open to students from other colleges too, had two stages. Round one had pre-decided topics and in round two, the shortlisted candidates appeared for extempore competition.
During the first stage, a group led by Raheej Hasan gave a superb performance and was declared winner. Rekha Godra was the winner in the second round.
