What did the Lannisters do recently?
They inspire evil and send chills down the spine as the proverbial wicked family in the Game of Thrones phenomenon, but on-screen siblings Tyrion and Cersei proved to be quite the kids’ favourites when they appeared on Sesame Street!
Peter Dinklage and Lena Heady, who essay the roles on the hit show, took a break from the mythical land of Westeros to participate in the well loved puppet show. Peter appears to play the infamous ‘Simon’ in the popular, if often frustrating, childhood game Simon Says.
The YouTube video is a viral hit, and showcases Dinklage surrounded by Muppet pals, singing about why everyone will do what Simon asks them to do. With catchy lyrics and an extremely foot-tapping tune, it’s no surprise why the silly song is popular. Inspite of Dinklage’s imperative voice, the song will only remind you of that time in gym class when you failed to follow Simon’s directions, reports Mashable.
Lena Heady is also at her hilarious best, a far cry from the ice-cold noble-born who silences others with a mere look, that she plays on Game of Thrones. Maybe more children will take to being fans of the show now? They might be in for a rude shock!
