Where was a laughing club shut down?

In Mumbai, a laughing club was ordered to be shut after a senior citizen filed a petition calling it a public nuisance. The judge noted that gathering in front of someone’s house and laughing was not appropriate. The petitioner claimed that close to 15 members would gather in front of a house at 7am and indulge in loud laughing and clapping!
