Why is this 2-yr-old famous?
While most kids his age are learning to walk or doodle on their bedroom walls, two-year-old Adam Kirby has rewritten the record books by being the youngest male member of British Mensa- with a test ranking him smarter than the likes of Barack Obama and David Cameron.
Adam scored a whopping 141 points in the IQ test, which was 10 points higher than the world leaders and just four shy of Genius level. The child prodigy’s interests lie with learning Japanese, reading Shakespeare and potty-training himself — after he read about it in a book!
Just a few months past his second birthday, Adam is able to spell 100 words, has learnt the periodic table, and even fully conquered a world map puzzle designed for adults. After scoring highly on the test, he was invited to join Mensa, the society for those with outstanding IQs and became the youngest boy to do so. In 2009, Elise Roberts became the youngest girl at two years and five months.
The toddler’s parents Dean, and Kerry-Ann say they’d been helping him foster his intelligence since he was just 10 years old and are excited for his progress. They expect him to score even higher once his communication skills fully develop.
