Why will this car solve parking problems?

Called the Armadilo T, and developed by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KISAT), the car uses a unique technology which allows it to fold itself at the press of a button.
The makers claim that the electric car offers a mileage of 100 km in one charge with a top speed of 65 km per hour. The 500-kg car, shrinks from 110 inches to 65 inches in a matter of seconds. According to Wired, after getting out of the car after parking it, one has to use a mobile phone app to start the folding process, with the car obliging quite dramatically. The car has a super short wheelbase and four independently controlled wheels which can turn the car, 360 degress on a postage stamp. It comes with 13.6 kwh batteries.
