Apart from her ambitious projects and fast-paced life style, Ekta has also been in the news for her superstitious ways. She may have moved from television to films, but her obsession for superstitions remains intact.
Ekta is a self-confessed car freak and has decided to gift herself a brand new car on the eve of the release of The Dirty Picture. “She is partial to the BMW series. Her family might have their own choices for their cars, but Ekta is not too comfortable experimenting,” says her associate. So, it was the latest series of BMW that she picked up. But looks like the producer has suddenly developed cold feet.
The buzz is that Ekta has postponed the delivery of her car to a later date. Reason? Apparently, she has been asked by her astrologer to refrain from buying any new “metal” till the release of The Dirty Picture. “Ekta will not talk about it at this point. A lot has been said and written about her superstition.
