Asha complaint against Sadhana

The police is making inquiries into a written complaint submitted by singer Asha Bhosle against yesteryears actress Sadhana. Bhosle has alleged that Sadhana, who is her tenant, has taken over control of the entire garden in the building, and asked that a case of encroachment be filed against her.

According to the Santa Cruz police, the complaint was submitted to the police station late last month by Bhosle. Sadhana stays on the ground floor of Sangeeta bungalow in Khar, while builder Yusuf Lakdawala and actress Baby Naaz stay on the first and the second floors respectively. The bungalow is owned by Bhosle and has a garden attached to it.
In her complaint, Bhosle has alleged that Sadhana does not allow any other tenant to make use of the garden, and is using it all by herself.
“Although Sadhana is only a tenant of the ground floor premises, she is wrongly claiming tenancy with respect to the garden abutting the ground floor premises and is also restricting free and unhindered acc-ess to the garden to me and my representatives, servants and agents,” the complaint reads.
Bhosle has gone on to ask that a complaint be filed against Sadhana and action be taken against her.
When contacted, Pratap Dighavkar, deputy commissioner of police, Zone IX, confirmed that Bhosle’s letter had been received. “We are conducting inquiries into the allegations made by Ms Bhosle and further action will be decided based on the results of the inquiries. No complaint has been registered in the matter as yet,” he said.
This is the second time that the Sangeeta bungalow is in the news. In 2010, Sadhana had filed a complaint against Lakdawala alleging that he was trying to pressure her into vacating her ground floor residence so that he could redevelop the premises. Lakdawala was arrested by the Khar police and, on getting bail, filed a defamation case against the actress.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.
