Deora’s talks with petrol dealers fail
The talks between the petroleum ministry and the petrol pump owners on Monday failed to reach on any conclusion. “The talks have failed and we will go with our indefinite nation-wide strike from September 20,” said Mr Ajay Bansal, general secretary, Federation of All India Petroleum Traders.
During the meeting, the petroleum ministry asked the dealers not to go on strike in view of the common wealth games to be held in the country from October.
