Eat chocolate to relieve chronic fatigue
London: For chocoholics, here’s one more reason to gorge on one or two bars daily — it may ease the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, a new study has claimed.
Researchers from the University of Hull and the Hull York Medical School in the UK have found that eating dark chocolate daily can help alleviate the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
CFS, also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), is a condition characterised by consistent fatigue for six months or more as well as a wide range of symptoms such as severe muscle pain, headaches, and poor memory. —PTI
