Drake, Brown sue each other over club fight

Rappers Drake and Chris Brown are taking each other to court over their scuffle at a nightclub last June.
The two artists and their entourages started throwing punches and bottles at a club in New York, allegedly after an argument broke out over Rihanna, with Brown receiving a gash on his chin, reported TMZ online.
A few months after, a model named Romain Julien filed suit against Brown, Drake and the club, claiming he was caught in the crossfire and received cuts, cosmetic deformity and mental distress.
Now, both Brown and Drake have filed legal documents accusing the other of being responsible for the brawl.
Both are essentially asking a judge to decide who would pay the damages should Julien win. This is the latest in a handful of suits filed in the wake of the brawl.

Oxford unveils car that drives on its own
London: Oxford scientists have unveiled a “sci-fi” robot car that can drive on its own just with the help of a tablet computer. The work is a milestone on the way to creating everyday vehicles that can offer ‘auto drive’ for some parts of a journey, taking the strain off drivers during a busy commute or school run. The low-cost navigation system recognises its surroundings using small cameras and lasers discreetly built into the body of the adapted electric road car and linked to a computer in the boot.
The car gives a glimpse of what the driver’s experience of an auto drive-enabled car of the future might be like: the technology is controlled from an iPad on the dashboard that flashes up a prompt offering the driver the option of the car taking over for a portion of a familiar route — touching the screen then switches to “auto drive” where the robotic system takes over. — PTI

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
