Emily Blunt ties the knot with John Krasinski
Oscar-nominated British star Emily Blunt has tied the knot with actor John Krasinski.
John, 30, and Blunt, 27, started dating two years back before getting engaged in August 2009. “We can confirm that John and Emily were married on Saturday in a private ceremony,” John’s representative said. The pair were also spotted on a yacht in Lake Com, Italy along with actor George Clooney, Access Hollywood reported. “We were here in LA and there were unicorns and oceans and clouds, he said yes!,” John had said jokingly about how he proposed her in an earlier interview.
“She did cry after I cried and we cried and then everyone around us was crying. Then, I think people weren’t really sure what was going on,” he added.

Kolkata-born royal portraitist passes away
London: Norman Hutchinson, who was born in an orphanage in Kolkata in 1932 and went on to become a successful portraitist of the royal family, has died aged 79.
Hutchinson is best known for producing a picture of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, wearing the Koh-i-Noor diamond.
He was the illegitimate child of Eric Douglas — a Scottish earl’s third son who lived on an estate near Kalimpong — and his 15-year-old Anglo-Indian servant Florence. —PTI
