Knife scare on board Hilton flight

Reality TV star Paris Hilton was evacuated from her plane on Wednesday after a knife was found on board the aircraft.
Hilton was evacuated from her plane when a fellow traveller discovered a four-inch serrated knife hidden in a pocket on the plane. The socialite was heading to Maui for a sunshine break when the plane was evacuated by security at Los Angeles airport.
“We were about to take off then security made everyone deplane because they found a big knife on board the plane. Scary that it got on plane,” tweeted Hilton. The 29-year-old was on the plane with nightclub promoter boyfriend Cy Waits. After an hour of waiting around she updated Twitter with, “They just finished the security sweep of the plane. About to board again. So strange a knife got on board. Can’t wait to get to Maui.”
After the delay the plane took off and Hilton tweeted, “So excited to get out of this LA rain and be in paradise. I love Hawaii! Can’t wait.”

Lady Gaga groped by female fan
New York: Pop star Lady Gaga was groped by a female fan outside her Paris hotel and the admirer then went on to get a hug from her idol. The Paparazzi hitmaker was signing autographs for a group of fans who had gathered outside her hotel in the French capital when the incident occurred. The 24-year-old was dressed in her usual flamboyant fashion in a beaded floor length gown with a large hole at the front revealing her cleavage.
In a picture obtained by Radar Online, the fan’s hand, covered in a brown glove, is seen grabbing the singer’s chest. But Gaga looked far from unnerved by the gesture and gave the young blonde a hug. Gaga is currently in France for her Monster Ball concert. She was due to perform in Paris on December 19 but had to cancel it since her tour trucks were denied entry to the city due to snow storms. —PTI

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
