Paquin, Moyer get married

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, lead stars of vampire TV series True Blood, have tied the knot in a quiet ceremony.
The stars, whose on-screen romance triggered off a relationship off screen, married on Saturday evening at a private residence in Malibu, California, reported Us magazine.

Guests, many of them bearing gifts in purple boxes and with purple bows, included Elijah Wood and ‘True Blood’ co-star Carrie Preston with husband Michael Emerson.
Paquin, 28, and Moyer, who had announced their engagement last August, exchanged vows beneath a tent across the street from the beach.
The duo began dating a few months after filming first began in 2008 for HBO’s hit vampire series, now in its third season. On the show, Paquin, who won an Oscar at the age of 11 for her role in The Piano, plays Sookie Stackhouse, the mortal lover to vampire Bill Compton played by Moyer.
