Paris is sorry for making fun of Lindsay
Socialite Paris Hilton has publicly apologised to her former friend Lindsay Lohan after poking fun at the actress’ legal woes on her new reality show.
The 30-year-old heiress said that it was thoughtless indeed of her to make fun of Lohan and she feels bad about it, reported TMZ.
“I apologise to Lindsay for the comment that I made. I was joking around but it was thoughtless and unnecessary. I am reaching out to Lindsay so I can tell her myself,” said Hilton.
Lohan, who has been sentenced to jail for allegedly stealing a necklace from a California jewellery store became the talking point of Hilton’s new programme, The World According to Paris. In the footage, Hilton is heard making a jibe about Lohan’s problems as she visits a homeless shelter and hands over a pair of earrings to one woman, who mistakes her for the troubled star.

Tarantino next to star Will Smith?
London: Actor Will Smith is tipped to play the lead role in director Quentin Tarantino’s new film.
Tarantino has revealed that he has finished scripting for Django Unchained, a Spaghetti Western, a nickname for a broad sub-genre of Western films.
The new film will pay tribute to Italian director Sergio Corbucci’s original Django and Japanese filmmaker Takashi Miike’s Sukiyaki Western Django, reports contactmusic.com.
The film will centre on a freed slave, who under the mentoring of a German bounty hunter becomes trained as an equally cut-throat assassin. The actor who usually charges a $20 million for each film, is ready to lighten his pay cheque for the film, reported contactmusic. —IANS
