Reynolds, Johansson divorced

Hollywood couple Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson have separated officially. The couple’s marriage has been dissolved after Reynolds, 34, filed for divorce from his wife of two years, Johansson.

Reynolds applied for the procedure six months earlier, reported TMZ online. According to the divorce papers, neither of the party requested for spousal support. Since the former couple lacked a pre-nuptial agreement, they will be “equally sharing” the property and other earnings, which they acquired during their term of marriage.
Johansson, 26, who began dating Reynolds in 2007, announced their engagement in May 2008 and tied the knot that September in a remote wilderness retreat in Vancouver. They confirmed their split in December 2010. Reynolds was represented by top divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, who has also been hired by Maria Shriver to get divorce from actor-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger. —PTI
