Ross’ niece claims she’s MJ love child
Diana Ross’ niece, who claims to be Michael Jackson’s illegitimate love child, has moved the court to claim “her part” of pop legend’s estate.
Mocienne Petit Jackson, who lives in the Netherlands, has filed documents in Los Angeles county superior court asking a judge for permission to conduct a DNA test to prove her paternity claim, celebrity website TMZ.com reported.
The woman alleges she was conceived in 1975 when Jackson reportedly impregnated her mother Barbara, Ross’ sister, when he was just 17 years old. Mocienne also accuses Jackson’s mother, Katherine of scheming to “abduct” her when she was nine to preserve the pop superstar’s “reputation”.

HC green light to Once Upon A Time...
Mumbai: The release of Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai has been given a green signal by the Bombay high court after producers of Balaji Telefilms agreed to issue a statement denying that the movie is based on the life of alleged smuggler Haji Mastan.
The court’s decision came after Mastan’s adoptive son Sundar Shekhar alias Suleiman Mirza filed an application seeking a stay on the film’s release on July 30. He had asked to see the film prior to the release to check if there was any thing defamatory in it.
The media statement, to be issued on Wednesday, would mention that producers have “never represented to anyone that the film is based on Haji Mastan Mirzha... It is a pure work of fiction”. —PTI
