William ‘most influential man’
Britain’s Prince William has been named the world’s most influential man in a survey, beating America’s first black President Barack Obama and the late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. The 29-year-old Duke of Cambridge also came ahead of British Prime Minister David Cameron, who secured last place in the list of top 49 most influential men, and micro-blogging website Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg.
Drew Lubega, UK editor of lifestyle site askmen.com, who commissioned the survey, said: “This was the year our readers believe Prince William finally came of age, making the royal family accessible and cool, in a way that the previous generation failed. He’s a hard worker determined to use his global profile for good causes.”
French DJ David Guetta came second in the list. Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo was third, journalist Piers Morgan was fourth, and Obama came 10th in the poll of 7,200 men aged 18 to 40 years, the Daily Express reported. William has urged people to vote “for your favourite space for your community”, which will be saved to mark the Queen’s diamond jubilee.

Eminem: HAVE LOST MEMORY DUE TO DRUGS
Los Angeles: Rapper Eminem says his substance abuse problems were so bad he has lost whole years of his memory. The 38-year-old Not Afraid hitmaker says addiction has wiped out five years of his life and he is now paranoid about writer’s block, reported Rolling Stones magazine.
“I try to stay recording, because if I don’t, I get rusty. I’m very paranoid about writer’s block — I had it for four years, and it drove me crazy. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t think,” the rapper said.
“The pills had a lot to do with it. Just wiping out brain cells,” he added. — PTI
