Sona proposes, Akki disposes

It was Sonakshi Sinha’s birthday on Saturday, and Akshay Kumar was in no mood to leave any wish of hers unfulfilled. So if Sonakshi wanted to celebrate her birthday party at a yet unopened restaurant, she would get to do just that. Sources say that Sona wanted to bring in her birthday at Arona, an upcoming restaurant at the J.W. Marriott, which is still to be thrown open to the public.
And though the hotel authorities weren’t prepared to open the restaurant for just one party, Akki pulled some strings and ensured they did. “To turn down Akshay was out of the question. So the hotel made an exception and allowed the star to host the dinner for their friend,” says our source.
Just goes to prove how fond Akshay is of Sonakshi, the girl who’s acting with him in three other films as well, and said to be the new Katrina Kaif in his life. “Akshay and Tina made it special for me. My parents and friends’ presence made it even more special,” says Sonakshi.
