Choudhary retained as ATTU treasurer

Table Tennis Federation of India secretary general Dhanraj Choudhary has been retained as the treasurer of the Asian Table Tennis Union during the general council meeting of the Asian body held recenlty in Busan, Korea.
Cai Zhenhua of China was elected the president, Tony Yue of Hong took over the post of secretary general at the meeting.

Choudhary, recently elected as one of the board directors at the Interna-tional Table Tennis Federation in Paris during the World Championships for the first time, will serve as the treasurer of the ATTU for the next four years.
The ATTU also took on board other TTFI representatives in its fold. TTFI president P.C. Chaturvedi was elected to the general council as its member. Besides Chaturvedi, Rajeev Boads, TTFI vice-president was nominated as chairman of the coaching and junior committee.
Ganeshan Neelakant Iyer, a permanent feature in the conduct of several international events as chief referee, was nominated to the technical committee as a full member.
