International camp a huge success

An international sports camp was organized at the Hindustan University (Bay Range Campus) from August 5 to 12.

As many as 12 international coaches working with athletes in the USA, participated in the camp.

The coaches of various disciplines (volleyball, basketball, strength and conditioning, athletics, baseball, football and tennis) trained the students.

Nearly 90 students of Hindustan University attended the eight-day camp. The coaches also attended two important functions during their stay in the campus.

The anti ragging campaign rally and the Independence Day celebrations. Jesse Boyd, director of the camp addressed the gathering and appreciated the students for working hard and improving their skills during the training secessions.

He also thanked Hindustan Group management for providing such a platform to encourage students to take part both in sports and academics.

The coaching camp concluded with an exhibition basketball match between the coaches and students.
