NRAI conducts 5-day course

In a bid to promote shooting at the grass-root level, a five-day course — conducted by the National Rifle Association of India — commenced in the capital on Sunday.

After the successful completion of the first course, NRAI has come up with its second “Train the Trainers Course” that aims at providing qualified trainers capable of handling a 10m airgun and rifle range independently, and impart training to young shooters. The course will also include topics such as safety rules and regulations, range standards, workshops on rifles, pistols and physical training, role of equipment and accessories, competition preparation, sports psychology and mental training etc. For any further queries one may contact Jagmeet Singh Sethi, NRAI, at 9810046960.
