Table Tennis: Vinod, Vidya triumph in style

G. Vinod of SRSA made a heroic comeback against Sivananda Seshadri to clinch the men’s title in the Indian Oil Corporation state-ranking table tennis tournament organised by the Centre Court TT Club at the Nehru Stadium on Sunday.

Vinod won -11, 8-11, 4-11, 11-8, 11-3, 11-9, 11-7. In the women’s final, N. Vidya (AKG) defeated Swetha Kumaravel (IB) 11-9, 11-7, 11-5, 10-12, 11-8.
