Look who’s going desi now. Designer Rahul Mishra recently launched his first ever-Indian wear collection at Ogaan. A special evening was hosted to preview his collection. Rahul is one of the few designers who works on handloom fabrics with motifs on weaves instead of the standard embroidery. Among those spotted at the launch were Madhu Trehan, Himani Modi, Gautam Gupta, actor Naseer Abdullah and Kavita Bhartia.

A taste of quali-tea
A tea-tasting session and continental brunch was recently hosted by Anu Bajaj, director, Art Positive gallery. Anu had invited Belgium-based tea connoisseur Neetu Sarin to conduct a tea-tasting and tea-brewing workshop. Meanwhile, Sarin had brought with her some of the best gourmet teas from Europe and Asia.

Bright is right
Artist Trishla Jain recently showcased her art works in her exhibition titled, “Tangerine Trees and Marmalade Skies” at Studio4TM. Trishla’s works were appreciated by one and all. The exhibition was attended by curator Ina Puri, Shovana Narayan, designer Shantanu and Nikhil, FDCI president Sunil Sethi and others.
