Starry visit
These days, no film promotion is complete without a star visit to the capital. Following the trend, star cast of the upcoming film D-Day visited New Delhi.
Seen interacting with media and fans were actor Arjun Rampal, Irrfan khan, Huma Qureshi and Shruti Hassan.
Showing visible excitement, the actors spoke at length about the film and did not seem to mind spending time in sweltering heat of Delhi.

Stealing success
After a successful show on the box-office, the Lootera team had their grand celebration yesterday. The entire team including Ekta Kapoor, Vikramaditya Motwane, Sonakshi Sinha, Ranveer Singh, Amit Trivedi, Divya Dutta and Shilpa Rao along with a lot of other celebrity guests were present at the party. Sonakshi Sinha boasted her ample thighs in those figure-hugging pants, but she was actually not the worst dressed person at the party that night.

Tittle tattle
Shashi Tharoor is all but a “party” person. Though he is seen at some of the dos in Delhi, the parliamentarian fits best at intellectual talks. Recently while addressing an interactive session on 'Great Expectations' organised by Young FICCI Ladies Organisation, Tharoor emphasised that education was the backbone for inclusive growth and development. Point well taken, sir!

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
