Golfing day out

Capital’s swish set enjoyed their day in the sun at the 7th edition of the Madhavrao Scindia Golf Tournament at the DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurgaon recently. The event, now in its seventh edition takes place annually in remembrance of political leader Madhavrao Scindia.
Some prominent names in the field of corporates, sports, business and politics came together for the fundraising event. “I appreciate all supporters and friends for turning out to play golf in remembrance of my father and for the noble cause of supporting the Foundation,” said Jyotiraditya Scindia.
Among those present here include; Kapil Dev, Robert Vadra, Rajyavardhan Rathore, Tikka Shatrujit Singh, Murali Kartik and others.

Pakistani designer Faiza Samee was at Ogaan recently and showcased her beautiful creations. Revival of ancient embroideries has always remained the focus of Faiza’s energies.
The evening kick started over wine and cheese and was well attended by designer Madhu Jain, Liza Varma, Monisha Bajaj, Urvashi Kaur, Anupama Singh and others.
