Let the music play
Recently, Dublin at Maurya witnessed a karaoke competition hosted by playback singer and actor Dimple Ghosh.
Says Dimple, “I was trying to bring in the spirit and liveliness of Mumbai’s Fun Karaoke nights here, but what I saw was that people in Delhi already have that spirit and more, I’m glad the I came up with the concept of Karaoke Nights, it’s lot of fun and everyone should experience it.”
She also told us that they have infused retro karaoke songs with full on the latest DJ Music so that the night is a double bonanza. It’s a 12 week competition and soon there will be a quarter final with grand celebrations, followed by a semi-final and at the end of 12 weeks a fabulous finale.
