Get out of daily routines — do things in a different order.
Travel about on new roads. Get to the store a new way. While driving listen to the sounds.
Be curious. Try and learn something everyday.
Engage your senses.
Multi-task using your seeing and hearing capacities.
Take on some of your daily tasks with your eyes closed. However, keep your safety in mind.
Communicate with friends/ spouse using different methods — with your eyes only, facial expressions, etc.
