Ooh…so do we have a bit of interesting gossip to share with you all! Guess who bumped into each other at a recent party? Ranbir Kapoor and Sidhartha Mallya, that’s who. Now for those not in the know, a quick recap: Ranbir and Deepika Padukone became Bollywood’s sweethearts when news of their relationship first broke out. After a torrid relationship that lasted several months, the good-looking twosome decided to part ways, with the gossip mills saying the split was anything but amicable. While Ranbir has gone on to be associated with a string of women, Dippy got serious with our boy Sid, scion to the Mallya fortunes.
Cut to the present, when Ranbir ran into Sidhartha at a Page 3 event. “Ranbir and Sid were visibly uncomfortable at first,” said a fellow guest at the party. “But Ranbir made the first move. He greeted Sid warmly, gave him a brief hug and then moved on.”
Confirming the incident, Ranbir’s spokesperson said, “Yes, Ranbir isn’t in the habit of letting issues fester.”
