Slamming Baba Ramdev, Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal has said that the yoga guru was not a saint but a politician whose objective was to play politics.

"This is clear that Ramdev is not a (Baba) saint, he is a politician whose objective is to play politics. If his supporters are disrupting the rally of Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi then I think supporters of Ramdev will get disappointed of this," Jaiswal told media.

Two young protesters waved black flags to Rahul Gandhi and shouted slogans against corruption during an election rally in Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra District on Saturday.

Police detained the duo, who are said to be supporters of Baba Ramdev.
