Congress wins Karnataka Lok Sabha bypoll

The Congress on Wednesday won the bypoll to the Udupi-Chikmagalur Lok Sabha seat in Karnataka with its nominee K. Jayaprakash Hegde defeating the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party's V. Sunil Kumar.
