Response to army chief's letter at appropriate time: Antony

The government would respond ‘at an appropriate time’ to army chief Gen V.K. Singh's letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on a security risk following shortage of arms and ammunition, Defence Minister A.K. Antony said on Wednesday.
