Former telecom minister A. Raja moved his bail application in a special CBI court on Wednesday after the Supreme Court granted bail to ex-telecom secretary Siddharth Behura.
Raja, in his bail application, has requested court to release him on the ground of parity.
"Except me, all the other accused have been released on bail," Raja said before special Judge O.P. Saini.
