Farah adds a dash of humour

The first look of Shirin Farhad Ki Nikal Padi, that has Farah Khan posing like Madhuri Dixit from the film Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, has left everyone in splits. Buoyed by the positive response, the makers have revealed that the promotional campaign of the film has a lot more in store.
“Madhuri isn’t the only one Farah will be impersonating,” says a source. “She will soon be stepping into the shoes of Aishwarya and Kajol as well from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge respectively.” Her look in each of these posters is being closely guarded as producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali has a game plan in mind.
Initially, both Farah and Boman Irani, her costar in the film, thought the makers were pulling a fast one on them, when they explained the campaign. “But they realised it was serious business when they were handed over the trial copies of the posters that had their faces photo-shopped on the originals. And then onwards, the two were on a roll,” continues the source.
“You don’t get an opportunity like this in your career so I thought why to hold back. I just did what I was asked to do and frankly, I had some real fun”, smiles Farah, “To get into the costumes of Ash, Kajol and Madhuri doesn’t happen everyday and to strike a pose like them is all the more fun. So I thought why not make the best of it! ”
