‘I don’t want to be an absentee dad’

No matter how busy Shah Rukh Khan is, he always makes time for his “gang of girls”. The gang in question however, does not refer to some PYT groupies of the star. This is simply how Shah Rukh refers to his
daughter Suhana and her circle of friends.
Shah Rukh is known to be a doting dad and makes time for his children whenever he can. Shah Rukh was quoted as saying, “When I see my children, I see purity and spontaneity. Untouched by commerce, untainted by envy even as an actor, I grow simply by watching them. The truth is that I don’t want to be this famous but absentee father. I want my children to flower under my care.”
With the rather hectic schedule that SRK has for Ra.One, he still manages to find time to welcome his gang of girls at Mannat.
