[1]The Pakistan Supreme Court on Monday suspended the Senate membership of the country's Interior Minister, Rehman Malik.
A three-member bench headed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case of Malik holding dual nationality of Britain and Pakistan.
Malik claims he has forfeited dual citizenship but it appears that he failed to provide documentation to the Pakistan top court.
Pakistan's Geo News claims besides Malik, fourteen other parliamentarians and MPAs holding dual nationalities, according to a recently submitted petition.
