A mentally challenged girl, about eight years old, was found abandoned on the premises of Saibaba temple here on Friday night.
The girl, spotted by the security guards, could not tell the police her name or address.
She had been handed over to Ahmednagar-based NGO 'Snehalaya' for the time being, police said.
