About being the male lead in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine he says, “Working with Madhur was a fantastic experience. His characters are inspired by real-life people, but my character of a superstar did not represent any one star…definitely not Rajesh Khanna. I followed Madhur’s instructions.”
Arjun says he was quite thrilled doing the intimate scenes with Kareena. “I had to let go of all my inhibitions while doing the intimate scenes with Kareena. Who would not like to share screen space with her? And no, I did not get any threat calls from Saif. We are pals and both of us are gentlemen,” he concludes.
