With the arrest of six men form the East Angad Nagar area, the Delhi Police’s crime branch has claimed to have solved a murder case which happened in the Preet Vihar area earlier this month.
The accused have been identified as Anees, Babloo, Imran, Santosh, Rohit and Gaurav. Police officers have also seized six pistols, 25 live cartridges and two motorcycles from the possession of the accused. During sustained interrogation, one of the accused, Anees, confessed that he had differences with brother-in-law Shakeel over a property dispute which led him to plan the murder. Shakeel was allegedly murdered by the six men in Preet Vihar area. The deceased was shot point blank by the accused.
