Juhi was Imran’s dream girl

He may be engaged to Avantika Malik, but Imran Khan has nursed a not-so-secret love for the vivacious Juhi Chawla ever since he was a child. Imran first saw Juhi in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and has never quite forgotten the impression the former beauty queen made. “I would love to do a film like QSQT some day,” says Imran.
And for those who think the actor’s real life persona is close to his non-romantic character in I Hate Luv Storys, Imran insists he’s very old-fashioned and traditional in matters of love. “I have been with Avantika for the last eight years. That shows how old fashioned I am,” he says.
As for the qualities that he looks for in a girl, Imran says, “I like girls who have a good sense of humour…someone I can have an intellectual conversation with.”
