If you use both Yahoo! and Facebook, starting June you can view and share updates with friends across both networks. Those who connect their accounts can consume their Facebook News Feed on the Yahoo! homepage and its other sites and services. Additionally, those who create and share content on Yahoo! sites — including Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Sports, Flickr and sites such as omg!, Yahoo! TV, and Yahoo! Movies — can share their actions with friends back on Facebook. Yahoo! will soon have a similar arrangement with Twitter.
Yahoo! has also refreshed its Yahoo! Profiles, a section, which allows people to manage their identity and activities across Yahoo! from a central location. The privacy settings are now easier to use and give you a central dashboard to manage what you share on Yahoo! This section is now called Yahoo! Pulse (http:// pulse.yahoo.com). Yahoo! will also tie-up with Zynga, the company behind Farmville and Mafia Wars. The tie-up will make Zynga integrate its games into the Yahoo! Application Platform.
