Minister for Warehousing and Marketing Mukesh Goud’s son Vikram Goud, who is facing a case of kidnapping said that it was Sambasiva Rao who owed Rs 2 crore to him and others. Vikram Goud said, ”Sambasiva Rao is making false accusations against me. I along with others loaned Rs 2 crore to him. Since the past three years he is evading payment and all the cheques issued by him have bounced. He is supposed to pay the money on September 17. To avoid paying he has started this kidnap drama.”
Vikram Goud alleged that Sambasiva Rao is an accused in the urea scam. He is facing allegations as accused number 2. It is a Rs 125 crore scam.” Meanwhile, the Sanatnagar police said that a case has been booked against Vikram Goud (crime number 487/12) under sections 364 A (Kidnapping for ransom), 346 (wrongful confinement in secret), 383 (extortion), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of IPC. The case has been booked based on the complaint filed by Sambasiva Rao with the police.
