New Delhi, July 13: The senior IPS officer, Mr Balwinder Singh, has been appointed as the special director in the CBI headquarters here.
Mr Singh, a 1976-batch IPS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre, has held various positions in AP, including that of the commissioner of police, Hyderabad.
