He’s not your run-of-the mill cool dude, but he’s surely classy, sexy may not be a word you would use on him, but classy fits him to the T.

There’s more to Roger Federer than being a champion tennis player and the blue-eyed boy of Anna Wintour, the editor of US Vogue.
The Swiss masters’ style has always stood apart for its elegance and traditionalist bend, which is why he made heads turn with his candyfloss pink Nike Zoom Vapor 9 Tour shoes at the Australian Open. Since then, the Swiss master has been regularly spotted wearing them on court.
Just like his breathtaking forehands, his new-found love for pink is quite hot on the gossip circuit.
But ask the man himself and he says, “I approved it. So in the end it’s my responsibility. I thought we’d do something fresh early on in the year and I haven’t heard too many bad things. I think people quite like it for some reason.”
And for a man who so meticulous in going about his job, it isn’t surprising that he plans his appearances well in advance.
“At this point everything that I wear gets run past me except maybe some practice T-shirts. But every shoe colour, track suit, and so forth, all that gets approved. It’s planning is done almost a year-and-half in advance. So I already know what I’m going to wear at Wimbledon next year. And then we’re talking US Open and fall already,” said the 31-year-old who changes the design of his on-court attire 10-12 times in a year.
Federer picked his now famous Wimbledon pre-match blazer as his favourite on-court attire.
“I liked the blazer. That was a big move. I started wearing from my fourth Wimbledon. Nike thought we should do something fun. And I thought, ‘God, how is that going to look in shorts?’ But all I’m trying to do is pay tribute to the former generations of players.”
