Brad buys a yacht for £5m

Brad Pitt has purchased a luxury yacht worth five million pounds for his family.
The actor, who has six children with actress Angelina Jolie, bought the boat after selling a share of his French vineyard at Chateau Miraval to winemaker Marc Perrin.

The 49-year-old actor’s friend Paul Allen, the Microsoft co-founder, told him he could offset the cost of buying the 75ft schooner by chartering it out to the well-heeled when he was away filming, the Sun reported.
A source said Pitt always wanted a classic sail yacht and this one is perfect for him as it sleeps eight but you can have more on board if you are just going out for a day. The source added that the actor loved the idea of taking the kids out around the islands along the coast of the South of France near St Tropez.
