Ranbir Kapoor’s popularity as an actor is growing by the day and so is the focus on his Casanova image. This is a matter of extreme concern for his mother Neetu Singh and she has been heard talking about it to her close friends in the industry. Ranbir’s alleged affairs with Nandita Mahtani, Deepika Padukone, and Katrina Kaif has compelled him to stand up for himself.

At a recent event the superstar said, “More than my parents, I’m worried for myself. I think the character I played in Bachna Ae Haseeno has stuck in the minds of people. I’m a normal guy and certainly not the playboy that I’m made out to be.” In an industry that thrives on gossip and controversies, Ranbir feels actors pay a huge price for fame. “What people see on screen isn’t how actors are in real life. I worry about my off screen image as much as any other guy. But thanks to my parents, I’ve learnt to take it in my stride.”
Also, his constant refrain of “Till the time I’m not married I’m single” has made matters worse.
