Australian coach Darren Lehmann has insisted that he will not copy England’s model and make changes to his squad by resting Test stars for the upcoming one-day tour to India.
With big names such as Stuart Broad, Alastair Cook and Graeme Swann rested for the one-dayers in England, Australia beat the hosts 2-1 winning in Manchester and Southampton but losing in Cardiff.
According to News.com.au, Australia will play in one Twenty20 match on October 10 and then seven 50-over games against India, with Lehmann saying that he will be playing the best players in his arsenal to win every match.
Saying that he does not care what England do, Lehmann also said that Australia have achieved their goal of winning the ODI series against England and are now out to win in the future.
